- You grant Flairspot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform
4.2 Memberships
- You are responsible for defining your membership tiers and benefits
- You must deliver the content or benefits you promise to members
4.3 Compliance
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, infringing, or harmful content
- Mislead or defraud members
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
5. Member Terms
As a member:
- You may access content based on your subscription
- You may not redistribute or resell paid content without permission
- Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law
6. Payments and Fees
6.1 Payment Processing
Flairspot uses Stripe Connect to process payments and handle payouts.
By using Flairspot:

- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Flairspot does not store full payment details
6.2 Creator Payouts
- Creators must create and maintain a Stripe account
- Payouts are subject to Stripe’s verification and policies
- Flairspot may deduct applicable platform fees (if any)
6.3 Taxes
- Creators are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes
- Flairspot may collect taxes where required by law
7. Platform Rules
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform
- Use Flairspot for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
- Flairspot owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, and branding
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Flairspot if:

- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Flairspot in the past 12 months (if any)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flairspot from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
